Determine exactly what steps you need to take to create the life you want. Think of this as a placement conversation. We’ll figure out what kind of support fits you best right now: one session, 1:1 coaching, or a small group. We’ll choose based on how much support you want, how complex the transition feels, and whether community or privacy fits you best.
If you already know you want group coaching, mention it during the call, and I will let you know the next start date.
If we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you, and I’ll still help you leave with a next step.

Groups are limited to 3-6 people and are run when there is enough interest to form a well-matched group.
How we work together
Coaching works best when both of us show up consistently. Sessions are scheduled in advance, and I ask that you treat the time as a real commitment. I understand that emergencies happen, and we will handle those reasonably.
My promise is to show up prepared, focused, and fully present. I ask the same of you.
